The Live Demo lets you upload facial images to explore Viante's computer-vision capabilities. For Face Recognition you may also choose to provide webcam input from your own camera.

Depending on the feature you select, a facial image may be processed for face detection, face verification, face recognition, face search or facial attribute analysis. Verification, Search and Recognition involve biometric comparison between faces in order to return a similarity score.

Before any facial image or webcam frame is sent for processing, we ask you to confirm a short Face Demo Consent in your browser. The consent confirmation is kept only for the current browser session and is not stored together with your image.

In Face Search and Face Recognition, a Reference face you upload is temporarily enrolled into the demonstration face bucket so the comparison can run. That temporary Reference face is deleted after the relevant demo operation or session ends.

Webcam video remains in your browser. Individual frames are sampled and securely processed to run the demo, and sampled frames are not permanently stored.

You should only submit your own image or an image you are otherwise authorized to use. Do not upload images of other individuals unless you have an appropriate legal basis or permission to do so.

The purpose of this processing is solely to provide the Live Demo functionality you request. It is intended for evaluation and demonstration purposes and should not be used to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Information may be used to operate and maintain the website; provide requested demonstrations and functionality; respond to inquiries; communicate with prospective customers, partners and users; improve website performance and user experience; maintain security and prevent misuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
